The international company Onur Group and the road cycling fans club West Road Cycling organize a multi-day cycling race TOUR de Onur 2021 for amateurs, which will be held in Lviv and the Carpathians.
Please note that cyclists who have participated in professional cycling competitions in the last 2 years (2020-2021), having an elite license of the national cycling federations, are not allowed to participate in the competition. Also, individuals who will be disqualified for the duration of the cycling race due to doping in any sport are not allowed to participate in the competition.
There are perfect routes, the best roads, fantastic views and a huge cycling community. This year’s race will last 4 days – from September, 30 to October, 3.
The TOUR de Onur 2021 will be held under the slogan “All roads lead to you”. The aim of organizers is to show diversity in amateur road cycling because all the participants of the race are people of different professions, lifestyles and views, who are united by their love of road cycling and to be significant on their way.
The TOUR de Onur 202 consists of two types of races: a multi-day race of three stages with overall standings by age category and a criterion race of the 4th day with separate standings.
The Mountain King and Mountain Queen will be determined by the overall standings of the mountain finishers during the multi-day race.
Stage I. 30/09/2021: team race against time.
The first team starts at 14:00 local time (Kyiv city, GMT+3). The starting protocols of the first stage of the team race will be published on September 20, 2021.
The start of the route is in Tustan – U-turn in front of Skhidnytsia – then go to Krushelnytsia – U-turn in Verkhnie Synovydne village – go back to Krushelnytsia – the finish is in Tustan. The distance is 50 km for all participants, and the climb is 473 m.
Stage II. 01/10/2021: Group race. There are such categories: men under 54 years of age (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5).
The group start is at 12:00 local time (Kyiv city, GMT+3)
The start of the route is from the base of the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center – Borynia – Nyzhnie Vysotske – U-turn in Matkiv village (before leaving to the M06 highway) – Borynia – Turka – U-turn in Yavora village near the Chertur hotel – the finish is at the base of the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center. The distance is 113 km, the climb is 2200 m.
There are three mountain finishes on the highway in the Open category to compete the Mountain King’s T-shirts:

Stage II 01/10/2021: Group race. There are such categories: women and men from 55 years (W1, W2, W3; M6, M7, M8).
The group start is at 12:10 local time (Kyiv city, GMT+3)
The starting point is from the base of the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center – Borynia – Nyzhnie Vysotske – U-turn in Matkiv village (before leaving to the M06 highway) – Borynia – the finishing point is at the base of the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center. The distance is 80 km, the climb is 1222 m.
There are two mountain finishes on the highway in the Open category to compete the Mountain King’s and Queen’s T-shirts according to the results of two mountain finishes:

Stage III 02/10/202: individual time race for participants of all age groups.
The start of the first participant is at 10:00 local time (Kyiv city, GMT + 3)
The starting point is in Stavne village – the Uzhok checkpoint – and the finishing point is at the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center. The distance is 25 km, the climb is 525 m.

There is a mountain finish of the winner/winner of the individual race for the Mountain King’s and Queen’s T-shirts draw on the track in the Open category.
Criterion race in Lviv 03/10/2021: a circular race with intermediate finishes for participants of each age group according to a separate regulation, which will be approved after the completion of registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021.
The Route, time and starting point of the first age group of the criterion race will be approved in a separate regulation.
REGISTRATION FOR THE TOUR DE ONUR AND THE COST OF PARTICIPATION IN CYCLING RACES
Online registration is carried out exclusively online on the site www.tourdeonur.com.ua and according to the principle of a gradual increase in the cost of participation.
Online registration opens on July 12, 2021 at 6:00 local time (Kyiv city, GMT+3) and ends on September 01, 2021, or after all slots are sold. Until 23:59 on September 10, 2021, you can make changes to the participant registration form and/or transfer your slot to another participant with the prior consent of the Tour de Onur 2021 organizers. To make changes, please contact info@tourdeonur.com.ua.
Funds for participation in the TOUR de Onur 2021 are non-refundable. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the organizers at info@tourdeonur.com.ua.
Cost growth is carried out according to the following principle:
– the first 50 slots – 700 UAH;
– the next 200 slots – 1100 UAH;
– the last 50 slots – 1500 UAH;

How to get
Lviv region is the center of road cycling in Ukraine. Many kilometers of perfect secondary roads, flat and mountain routes of the Lviv Carpathians provide excellent opportunities for both intensive training, as well as searching for inner zen in light cycling. And you can always spend the winter on the only indoor cycling track in Ukraine, where the riding technique is honed as much as possible. There are hospitable people in Lviv, who will be happy to meet you, treat you to a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in the city, and guide you through the historical streets of the city.
Lviv is located in the western part of Ukraine, 70 km from the border with the EU and 160 km from the eastern Carpathians. It is the 7th most populous Ukrainian city. The climate in Lviv is humid continental with mild winters and summers, wet springs, and warm and dry autumns. The average temperature in winter is 3.4 °C, 17.5 °C in summer, and 11 °C in the surrounding mountainous areas.

AIR Service
Due to the air connection to the Danylo Halytskyi Lviv International Airport, which is located just 7 km from the city center, it provides convenient flights to Lviv. A detailed schedule can be found on the website of Lviv International Airport – https://lwo.aero.

BUS service
You can get there through the bus service of Lviv with many cities of Ukraine and Europe. A detailed bus schedule can be found on the websites of carriers and ticket operators.
HOW TO GET TO THE FIRST STAGE – TUSTAN STATE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL RESERVE
The first stage of cycling, as well as the day of registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021 starts on September 30, 2021, on the territory of the Tustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve near the Urych village, Stryi district, Lviv region, which is located at a distance of 120 km from Lviv. Offline registration of participants on the first day of cycling races and the issuance of starter packages starts at 10:00 and lasts until 13:30. The first stage (team race) starts at 14:00.
Participants of the cycling race will have the opportunity to use the paid service of getting between all stages of the cycling race with the Tour de Onur shuttle bus, which must be additionally reported during online registration or send an email info@tourdeonur.com.ua until September 10, 2021, inclusive. The cost of a shuttle bus among all stages is 300 UAH. More information about the time and location will be announced additionally to each participant who has registered and paid for the Tour de ONUR shuttle service.
In addition, participants can get from Lviv on their own by car or direct bus to Tustan. The route passes through Truskavets and Skhidnytsia and is served by the carrier Lviv ATP-14631 LLC.
The bus will depart at 8:45 and 14:00 from the bus station in Lviv, Dvirtseva Square; from Truskavets – at 10:40 and 15:55; from Skhidnytsia – at 11:35 and 17:00. And the bus will depart at 12:05 and 18:30 from Urych village (bus stop near the church) to Lviv.
The road takes about 2 hours. The cost of a one-way ticket is 135 UAH.
HOW TO GET TO THE SECOND AND THIRD STAGES – BASE OF THE WESTERN REHABILITATION AND SPORTS CENTER OF THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR SPORTS OF DISABLED PEOPLE OF UKRAINE
The second and third stages of the TOUR de Onur 2021 will start on October 01, 2021, and October 02, 2021, based on the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center of the National Committee for Sports of Disabled People in the Sambir district of the Lviv region near the village of Sianky, which is located at a distance of 160 km from Lviv and 120 km from the start of the first stage if you go through Verkhne Synovidne (here is the best road), or 70 km from the start of the first stage if you go through Isai village and Turka (here is a worse road).
The execution of the second stage is at 12:00, the third stage starts at 10:00.
The starting point of the second and third stages is best reached by car or shuttle Tour de Onur.
HOW TO GET TO THE STAGE OF THE CRITERIUM RACE AND THE AWARD CEREMONY – LVIV
The Tour de Onur 2021 criterion race starts on the morning of October 03, 2021, in Lviv. The time and location will be announced later after the completion of registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021.
The best way to get to Lviv is after completing the third stage.
In addition to your cars, there will be a paid Tour de Onur shuttle bus with pre-registration and payment during online registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021.
SHUTTLES
Please note that participants of the cycling race can use the paid service of getting among the stages of the cycling race with the Tour de Onur shuttle bus. To do this, each participant needs to put an appropriate mark during online registration for the Tour de Onur 2021 cycling race. If you need to register for the shuttle bus after completing registration for the cycling race – you must additionally send a corresponding request to email info@tourdeonur.com.ua and pay the cost of the service to 23:59 on 10/09/2021. Registration for the shuttle bus after this date will take place situationally on a space-available basis.
The Tour de Onur shuttle bus will have the following route:
● 30/09/2021 – a departure from Lviv to the Tustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve near the Urych village, Stryi district, Lviv region.
● 30/09/2021 – after awarding the participants of the first stage from the Tustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve, there will be a departure to the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center of the National Committee for Sports of Disabled People in the Sambir district of the Lviv region near the Sianky village.
● 02/10/2021 – after awarding the participants of the third stage from the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center of the National Committee for Sports of Disabled People, there will be a departure to Lviv.
The exact time and locations of departure will be additionally reported to participants who have registered and paid for the Tour de Onur shuttle bus.
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Participants organize all their accommodation and meals during all stages of the cycling race on their own. Participants can come to Lviv a few days before the start of the first stage of the cycling race. There are more than 200 hostels and hotels, 39 of which are three-star and five-star hotels. Accommodation is also arranged by the participant individually.
There are private hotel complexes in the Sambir district of the Lviv region, so you can book your seats for the duration of the race. Also, we provide a non-exclusive list of such hotels:

We also inform you that all participants of the cycling race during the online registration on the website have the opportunity to put a note about their desire to book accommodation in the hotel complex of the Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center of the National Committee for Sports of Disabled People from September 30, 2021, to October 02, 2021. Booking is carried out exclusively for these fixed dates from 30/09/2021 to 02/10/2021.
Booking is confirmed only after online payment, a link to which will be sent after online registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021. If you want to book a room, the organizers will contact you by phone for consultations and clarification of all details. The number of seats in the hotel complex is limited, so the organizers will contact those who wish according to the order of registration for the TOUR de Onur 2021.
From 30/09/2021 to 02/10/2021 the cost of booking one sleeping accommodation is 1800 UAH. The booking price includes meals: 30/09/2021 it includes dinner, 01/10/2021 there is breakfast, lunch and dinner, 02/10/2021 there is breakfast and lunch.
Please note that the reservation is confirmed only after online payment. The booking price will not be refunded after payment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The organizers of the TOUR de Onur 2021 insure all participants of the cycling race free of charge, which is a prerequisite for participation in the TOUR de Onur 2021. According to this purpose, the taxpayer’s registration card number (individual tax code) will be requested during the registration.
